Very warm and welcoming, staff is amazing at hospitality! Highly recommend coming to Charm Dental to see Dr. Shah and her staff. Not once did I feel uncomfortable, pain or have any of the anxiety that dental work brings. The ladies did an amazing job at helping me out with my needs.

I walked in the day before my appointment in extreme pain. The office manger (or whoever runs the front desk )explained all the payment options and made us feel so welcomed. The actions of the whole staff put me at ease, as well as my wife who was worried about my well being and the costs. This is one dentists office that takes care of you AND budget. This is one of the best dental experiences my boys have had and it’s affordable too! We came to Charm Dental as new patients because our previous dentist became expensive. Not only did Charm Dental provide great customer service with reminder texts and follow up phone calls but they provided a variety of payment options that are affordable to the average consumer. Dr. Shah was very friendly and reassuring during the whole process of getting my wisdom teeth removed. All the girls in the office were so friendly and super helpful as well! The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the wait was about 2 hours after my appointment had started. Highly recommend!
