We put an inquiry for an appointment online, and they called and gve us an appointment on that same day for the afternoon. They were very friendly and kind. My mom and I came in for an appointment at the same time. She was called first, and I had to wait quite a while to be called in, despite the fact that they were scheduled at the same time. Once I was called, I was taken for x-rays and briefly taken to the room. I didn’t wait very long after that, and the doctor herself did all of the cleaning. They also fixed my cavity right away, and glued my wire retainer in place since it was loose. Then, the hygenist came in to do the polishing. She came in with another hygenist who was supervising her technique, but she did a great job and was not rough. They were in network for our insurance. We paid, were given goody bags and good to go! My critique would be their time since it took my mom and I 2.5 hours to get in and out, but overall, I like them and will be returning! Recommend
