I have been visiting Dr Shah for many years now. I first went to their Spring branch. Recently tried the new Charm Dental Richmond location. I have done deep cleaning, root canal, tooth extraction, filling services from Dr. Shah. It has always been the best experience in a dental office I've had & it's affordable! The entire staff is so nice & informative not to mention the office is beautiful! This will definitely be my new dental home! Throughout the experience, I was greeted kindly by the staff. What I appreciated most was the time and patience the doctor gave me. The dentist and the staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable as well. Also, the doctor takes time to explain in detail all the issues and the possibilities for the cure. I'm looking forward to my next visit and the continued progress I will make towards my dental care and health. I would recommend this place to everyone. Dr. Shah is truly the best dentist !!

All the staff is friendly. The Dr explains you pretty well all your needs. They give you payment options. I had a comfortable time watching a movie while I was waiting and even a blanket because I was cold. Great experience!!! I am coming back for my next deep cleaning appointment and I definitely will do my whitening treatment!

Wonderful experience from the minute I walked in. Dr. Duong did a great job at explaining the treatments needed and discussing preventive care. Did not try to force unnecessary treatments but made sure we could prevent future problems. Mia went over the plan in detail and created a schedule that works for me and my busy work schedule. I was very satisfied with the cleaning service provided by Meera and Dr. Duong. So far the best experience at a dental office for me. Would highly recommend. Sad there are only 5 stars to be awarded.

I recently made an appointment at charm dental to get zoom whitening treatment. During this pandemic charm dental is taking every precaution possible. I was very impressed with how well organized and efficient their procedure was. They begin by having you wait in your car and call you in when your room is ready. I believe I only waited less than 5 minutes. We then began prepping for the treatment. Lidia made sure I was as comfortable as possible since the treatment is about an hour long. I expressed that it is cold in the room and she brought me a clean blanket to keep me warm. She was also very attentive during the entire treatment. With zoom whitening you undergo 4 sessions of 15 minutes. It can be a bit painful at times due to sensitivity and I admired that she was always near to help me through it. I highly recommend charm dental and their zoom teeth whitening treatment. I have fairly white teeth so I didn’t think I could go much whiter, but I was mistaken. Just look at my picture for my results. :)

Amazing experience! The staff was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly patient with my two children. Dr. Shah was professional, informative, and CHARMing (pun intended). This was my daughters first visit to the dentist at age 2. The Netflix on the ceiling and the toys in the waiting room made for a welcoming environment for even the youngest of patients. I am so happy I chose Charm Dental for my family dentistry needs. Extra bonus: cavity free = free at home whitening kit. Tall about incentive to floss every night!

I love them so much , they changed my teeth so much , they treat me like family when I come here. Dr Mukhi is literally my best friend ! My teeth had a lot of build up and she took her time to make sure they were completely clean ! Also when I first came in I had 4 infected wisdom teeth Dr Mehta removed all them the same day took me out of so much pain. I love it here ! I’m going to be so sad when Dr Mukhi leaves

Everyone was very friendly...Dentist was informative in staff kept me calm as I was very nervous about getting wisdom tooth pulled...I felt no pain in it took all but 5 mins to get my tooth out...I will be returning for further services.

I highly recommend this place! I had my tooth extracted and a root canal treatment on another tooth the very same day and I would say it's the best dental experience I ever had! Dr. Parthiv Mehta was amazingly great. He answered all my concerns, explained the treatment plan, and made sure I was comfortable with it. All the dental support staff especially Mariam and Sabrina were super cooperative and helpful! The atmosphere in the clinic is very lively and positive. Overall my experience with Charm Dental was great – be it super quick appointment booking, no-wait times, professional staff, friendly atmosphere, the treatment experience itself, and finally the follow-up call the next day of my treatment to make sure I was doing okay. Totally worth it!!

Went today for the 1st time for a toothache and the ladies at the front desk were so nice and caring and made sure I was able to get in today due to the pain. X rays done and dentist came right in and explained everything about the root canal I needed and got me set up before I left. Was a awesome experience and will be returning for teeth cleaning after the root canal. I am normally a nervous wreck anytime I go to the dentist but this office made me feel so comfartable.

Charm Dental has always done a fantastic job with our dental care. Our 3 year old got his first x rays and real dental cleaning today. They went slow with him and made sure he was comfortable with the machines before continuing. 100% recommend to everyone.

I had a great experience during my consult at Charm Dental. The check-in was smooth with proper precautions in place for COVID. Sandy did a great job getting all my X-rays done, and prepping me for the consult. Dr. Mehta was through and walked me through my treatment plan. Overall very good experience!

Went in today for my check-up. Called from my car to check in and they called me back when ready for me to go in (covid precautions) and they also sent me all the paperwork through text messages, MUCH EASIER!!!!! Felt very welcomed since the beginning. Neda took care of my x-rays and Dr. Mukhi did my exam. She explained everything with details. Got two fillings done, they were very careful when working on me. No pain! I for sure recommend Charm!
